A wonderful variety of baby bok choi that matures early and lasts late into the autumn. Same flavor of full-sized bok choi, but bred to mature at a smaller stature in a shorter period of time. For spring and late summer sowings only. Plants will bolt in the summer heat. Excellent for early season greens and can be grown as cut and come again baby greens.
Growing Instructions:
Start indoors in early spring and transplant out mid spring. Alternatively, direct sow as soon as soil can be worked in early spring. Sow again in late summer for fall crop.

Space rows 12” apart
Amend with compost and a fall annual legume cover crop to fix nitrogen where crop will grow. Make sure soil pH is between 5.8 and 7.0. If plant needs a growing boost, water with nitrogen tea or compost tea a few times. If trace minerals are inadequate sprinkle a small amount of woodash or azomite in each planting hole.
Cover with row cover to prevent extensive flea beetle damage.
Harvest Instructions:
Harvest at desired size.
